Anisha Weber is a native to the Peninsula, born and raised in Palo Alto, living in Redwood City, and working in San Francisco. She is the Vice President of People and Operations at Primitive Logic, a business consulting and technology services firm in SF (WBENC certified). In her role, she manages people and operational based units within the company. With over 15 years of technology and solution consulting, Anisha is currently charged with Talent Acquisition and Management, Mentoring, Training & Development, and People Enablement; as well as Corporate Social Responsibility, Facilities, Client Satisfaction, and Operational Excellence. Prior to joining Primitive Logic, Anisha worked for Andersen Consulting (aka Accenture) with primarily financial services and PeopleSoft projects.

 

Actively involved in her community – around home, at work, and with her alma mater – Anisha continues to provide time, talent, and treasure to numerous service organizations. She was recently CERT trained and certified as a Redwood City Community Emergency Response Team member and has served on her West Sequoia Village HOA Board since 2002. As a former athlete, she attends and supports local teams, encouraging girls to continue pursuing their dreams.

 

Anisha is a graduate of University of San Francisco’s MBA program, and continues to serve on various USF boards and committees, such as Past-President of Alumni Board of Directors, former member of Board of Trustees, former President of MBA Alumni Society, among others, including the Community Service Committee. Additionally, Anisha received her B.A. in Communications with minors in Business and German from the University of Oregon in Eugene. Following her undergraduate degree, she worked for the Rothschild Bank in Zurich, Switzerland for three years and for Stanford University for two years, before her MBA. Anisha is a first generation American, her parents are from Switzerland and Holland, and she continues to maintain close ties with immigrant communities/groups from both countries.
